Paris and the Seine

City tour

rain 55 °F

We departed our home for the past seven nights at about 9:30am and started our city tour. We were essentially killing time until our hotel rooms were ready but the tour was really good. I saw a bunch of sites that I had not seen before. Since it was showering, it was good that we didn't do any walking tours. We stopped at the Musee d'Orsay where after a bite to eat at a nearby cafe, we had several hours to tour the museum and view some of the great impressionist art that is there. After some culture we arrived at our hotel at about 3:30pm. We are meeting some friends for dinner tonight and then venturing out again on our own tomorrow - our last in Paris.
