Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney

I spent the second day at the Magic Kingdom -definitely my favorite place at Disney, I did several of the rides including Pirates of the Caribbean and always enjoy wandering around watching the fantasy! My dinner this night was at the Cuban Bistro in Downtown Disney. I was an easy boat ride from the Port Orleans resort. The boats run until 11:30 at night, so it is an easy way to get to that destination. In the early days as I remember, Downtown Disney was focused on adult entertainment. Today that is far from the case. There were as many kids there enjoying the displays, restaurants and concerts as there were in the Magic Kingdom. Disney is totally rebranding the area, and there were construction barriers up throughout the whole complex. I was again seated right at the time of my reservation, and had a tasty dinner.
