Siem Reap and cruising the Mekong

Oknha Tey Village

This afternoon, we pulled along side the bank to visit an elementary school, supported by AMA and helped the kids with their ABC's. They also performed several children's and practiced their English sentences. Several people brought some school supplies and others left some dollars to help out running the school. It was a moving experience! After the school visit we hiked to Oknha Tey or "Silk Island" to visit a silk factory run by the local families. We retuned to the ship by Tuk Tuk.
