Sailing the Mediterranean on Royal Clipper

sunny 70 °F

My nephew and I arrived in Nice France today and took a Limo to Cannes, where we will board Star Clippers' Royal Clipper for a 7 night cruise to Rome. This is my second trip on Royal, and it is a special experience - the largest sailing vessel in the world.
Overlooking the Old Port, the Suquet is the historical district of Cannes. With its steep streets, balconies and green gardens, this hill is a delight for the eyes. The picturesque Proven├žal life exhales from each of these stones. At the top of the medieval streets, the Place de la Castre reveals the historical treasures of the city
