We got underway after breakfast and hoisted the sails to make this a true Whiskey sailing adventure. After lunch our Whiskey Ambassador Martyn, from Holland, conducted another Whiskey tasting featuring "Thalassa Whiskey" which was carried on board last year in a 1/4 cask and bottled at the end of the year. It was another spectacular day, unfortunately the winds came and went.
